We will send you an email that will show you what mailing address you entered into the form. Once you click on the link to verify your address we will send out a brochure to you the next business day. How Early Should I book an Escorted Europe Tour?
We encourage clients to book 6 to 12 months prior to departure, as that allows time to secure the best air schedule. Image Tours is currently offering an early booking special featuring a savings of up to $300 off per couple or $150 off per person on selected Escorted Europe Tours while availability lasts and if you book by December 16, 2009. ***NEWS FLASH*** Nov. 5, 2009 – Just recently I priced this 15-day Europe tour including AIR for clients reflecting the $150 discount per person for couples rooming together at a rate of $2,990 + $110 air taxes per person, from Indianapolis IN; Dallas, TX; Tampa FL; St. Louis MO; & Fargo ND.
I started to do some research and I can currently get this pricing from many cities in all the New England States, but also in North Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and can you believe it, Texas AND Arizona. This pricing is just crazy. You need to call me when I am in the office and request a brochure, or zip up to the form above and request a brochure soon before these tours sell out. Yea, the tour operator told me I had until the end of December so I put that deadline of 12/30/2009 in here, but I happen to know that one of these tours is already sold out, (It’s a May departure by the way) and since I have never seen prices like this in so many different locations, and NEVER for Arizona or Texas, let alone Florida, the rest of the available tours will sell out too. What exactly are the steps to book a trip?
Again the first step is to request a brochure.
Once you have decided to take a trip, signing up is as easy as A - B - C.
- Choose your desired departure date.
- Complete a Reservation Application which you will find in the Europe brochure on page 81.
- Mail your signed reservation application and a deposit check for $200 plus $159 for the optional travel insurance in the included return envelope. (Full payment is required if booking within 60 days of departure). The reservation application also has a space to enter your credit card information for the $200 deposit. Upon receiving your deposit and signed reservation application, we will continue to guide you through the process of preparing for your tour!
